Can i add a couple of Tetras?

Hello everyone! I am looking into adding 2 or 4 more fish... I was wondering if its a good idea or not. Please let me know.

Its a Aqueon evolve 4 tank with about 3.2 gals.

unless you have a 10gal you could use to house the betta+tetras

You could do a few Cherry Shrimp and 2 Dario Darios. Would be a pretty sweet tank. Needs to be planted though!
