My tank is cloudy and won't clear up.

I have a 20 gallon tank and the water has been cloudy for at least two weeks now. I've tried changing the filter and adding "aquarium clarifier" but its still cloudy. Anyone know how to uncloud?

More info please.

Is this a new or existing setup?
Have you checked your ammonia levels?
Have you added new fish?
Have you recently changed foods?

it's probably a bacteria bloom which is OK but you probably shouldn't have changed the filter. Do you have sand substrate? That can cloud the water sometimes.
