My Betta is making Bubble Nest!

Just noticing as I sit here that my Betta is working on a Bubble Nest. I have never seen him do this and it's kind of cool. I have had him since October 1st. Anyway, kind of neat. It might be because of the neon's I added last month? He seems to like living with other fish.
