Suggestions for new heaters and thermometers

I am looking for new heaters and thermometers for each of my bettas. Right now they all have the stick on thermometers. Those work ok but I want something more accurate. Also new heaters. They are in 1.5 gallon tanks and so far I have used 25w undergravel heaters, which kept a nice temp but fluxuated too much for my liking. Right now I have 50w submersible heaters but they are not adjustable and only keep it at 76 and I would like it to be around 80-82. Any suggestions on heaters and thermometers? Oh and heaters can't be very long because my tanks arent very tall or wide. Thanks for any advice!
