need some help

does any body know what a ghost bettra is, my newpew little friend has one and know my newpew wants one I don't know what they are or if they are out there any help in this would go along way, I want to start him with his own ten gallon tank and I have my own tank with a bettra and barbs and thats what he is wanting but I am not sure if I can find the tank he wants does any body know what this ghost betta are

Those are the clear body bettas and clear fins, they are pretty much see-through just like a "ghost". You can actually see their organs and such. I believe there's another name for them, but some people do refer to them as ghost bettas. Here is a pic;
