Exclamation Sos old betta help not eating fast gill movement

Ok seriously major helpage time!
My betta is 2-3 years old
He is currently in a 1.5 gallon (because he was having trouble swimming)
Hes only been in it 4 days now and Im trying to scrounge up the money for a filter but he does have a thermometer.

My betta is: Not surfacing, stuck on the bottom, rapid gill movement,no interest in food, not reacting to anything. He's holding on by a thread.

WHAT do I do??
Would AQ salt help him??

I have him in his little travel cup so he can surface for air easier and hes floating in his tank.

I cleaned his tank last nght and made sure to rinse everything and do a proper water change.

He did live a nice long betta life! And he did die rather quickly which is nice for him. I was glad he didn't suffer
My dad, always the best ever helped me out and made me a little false hospital/funerary bill.

Thank you all for your kind words. I am sure he will be happy swimming somewhere nice and happy. In the meantime, he had one awesome funeral. My dad made this and gave it to me a few minutes ago.

That bill your dad made was absolutely adorable. I'm sorry for your loss, but I can't help smiling at the bill. Sounds like something my dad would have done to tr to cheer me up, too.
