You can serve the cauliflower as it is, toss it with pasta, or for a real treat roast some garlic and/or grape tomatoes. And feel free to add fresh herbs and whatever else.

I devour it with parmesan cheese, hot pepper flakes and lemon juice on top of spaghetti. It's my favourite thing in the world to eat ... I can eat it at least three times a week.
Ooooooooh, that sounds really good. Definitely going to try it.

I made the cauliflower (and just finished eating it) and it was awesome. That's almost the exact same way we make asparagus, except we put rosemary on top, too, and grate fresh Parmesan on it before baking (HAS to be fresh, not anything from a can).

Definitely making that again! I never thought to cook vegetables other than asparagus like that. I'm sure broccoli would be just as tasty!

Here's a recipe I just tried and it's great, it's for chinese roast pork but I used it for ribs. The original called for ingriediants that I found hard to find such as maltose and rose wine so I found suitable substitutes. I actually doubled this recipe but will triple it next time because it wasn't enough sauce for my liking. Though any meat will work.

1 1/2 tablespoons dark corn syrup
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sherry
3 dashes pepper
3 drops red food coloring
1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Mix in a sauce pan and heat through. Season the meat with garlic and salt. Marinated the meat in the sauce (reserving some for basting) anywhere from a few hours to overnight. Roast in the oven like you normally would basting the meat every 15 minutes until done.

I am more of a baker, but I have a really delicious salad that I found at a local restaurant.

Goat Cheese Sweet Salad

Ingredients:(in placement order)
Mixed Greens (I just use fresh spinach)
Chopped Dates
Craisins
Pine Nuts
Crumple Goat Cheese
Champagne Vinaigrette Dressing Link to homemade

Too be honest the last 50 times I had this I never used the dressing since the goat cheese is so smooth and creamy

I don't know if this has been done already, but who doesn't love a two minute brownie?

1/8 cup of self-raising flour
1/8 cup of white sugar
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
A pinch of salt
1 1/2 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Anything else you'd like to add (I use shredded coconut)

Mix the dry ingredients in a mug, then the wet ingredients. Put in the microwave for 1 minute 20 seconds, then more as needed. Top with some ice-cream (I use soy ice-cream) and eat. :)
