Games and music are really good. They help me sometimes too,I'm also getting back into doing craft projects like cross stitch & painting, anything to try and stay busy & keep my mind occupied.DVDS are a good distraction too.I also find that taking my beautiful dogs for a nice long walk and just giving them big hugs & just watching my fishies swim around is very comforting.

I'm 12, and I don't even own a phone, and am happy without one. I'm sure you'll get your phone back soon.

My fish are extremely comforting as well as my dog. He doesn't like to go for walk though. He'll make it a block and be like "heh ... NOPE!" He likes to cuddle with me a lot. He's a Bichon Frisť, so he's really fluffy. :3 Now, I really like watching my fish. I like watching them intersect with their environment. Heck, Glacier is constantly eating little bits of java moss and now he's got the platy fry doing it too. *facepalm*

The topic doesn't bug me because I don't have depression the way my Grandma does. She needs medication because her nuerons misfire and cause her to lose touch with reality, have terror fights, hallucinate, ect. IN my cause my depression is clinical depression. I don't need meds or anything...I just have passing moments where I don't have the will to do anything for one or two days. Then a "switch" turns back "on" and I end up playing catching up with all my chores for a few days.

I guess I can relate to feeling fine for weeks on end and then having a few days in a row when I feel like the "switch" turned "off". That why I suggested in my first response the OP see a doctor, but it looks like she doesn't have what I have after all. XD
