So before this post goes off the face of the forum xD. I just recieved my new heater but I have a problem. My betta has formed its biggest bubble nest yet but it is around the existing heater in there. (The heater in there only goes up to about 78 or so and the new one I have goes a lot higher and I can control it) So what should I do?

78 is ok, but you're going to have to destroy his bubblenest to do a water change anyway. During the healing process I'd suggest putting the new heater in and kicking the temperature up to 80-82F.

Okay awesome. I also just got a lead hammock
Should I put it below where he normal makes his bubble nests or should I put it somewhere else? And I know about taking the metal out of it

Put it somewhere you know he likes to hang out. :)

It seems to be getting worse. I put the new heater in and the lead hammock and it seems its getting worse. I have the heat to 80 and I did a 35% water change with conditioned water. Heres a update picture.
