Help! My fish won't move!

Today when I woke up I went to feed my fish of course. I was looking at her for a while, and usually she will swim right up to eat. But today she was looking down in kind of a diagonal line and she wasn't moving. What do I do?

What is your tank size? Do you know the water parameters like ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates? How often do you do water changes and how much water do you change? Do you have a heater? Theres a few things we have to know before we can help you out!

I don't know what happened. She was alive yesterday and happily swimming around. I fed her and she ate normally. But when I woke up she was in a weird position. She was still blue, but when I got home from school, she still didn't eat what I gave her in the morning and she was white.
