Fin rot not getting better even with Kanaplex

Rain's been on Kanaplex, and at first it seems to have slowed down the fin rot, but these few days I've seen it starting on his dorsal too. Can anyone help me?

Housing

Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration? no

What tank mates does your betta fish live with? none

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish? NLS betta
How often do you feed your betta fish? twice a day, 3 pellets each time

Maintenance
How often do you perform a water change? twice a week, but a bit more frequently with rot
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? 78-80% on Tuesdays, 100% on Fridays, both times I use a gravel siphon
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? IAL, vitachem, prime, some stress coat

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed? tattered looking fins, since rays bent and droopy, hanging by a bit, looking as though it will fall off any second
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? none
When did you start noticing the symptoms? 2 and a half weeks ago
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how? first used AQ salt, but then used Kanaplex instead
Does your fish have any history of being ill? tail biting, external parasites of some sort that have been controlled to some extent
How old is your fish (approximately)? 6-7 months?

try to clean your tank as much as possible (once a day is the best) also there are some medication out there http://www.thatpetplace.com/betta-fi...FelaMgodzxsAFw <-------- heres a link to some water medication it helps with everything and its not to expensive i think this would be the best option for your betta

I do a 100% daily now, and it's still not getting better. And I'm not using bettafix since it contains a tree oil that coats their labyrinth organ making it hard for them to breath. It may be much more diluted than melafix, but I'm not risking it.
