Popeye & Fin Rot?

Hey guys, I havent been on here in quite a while - getting a promotion at work, havent had a computer until a few days ago - but anyway!

Im certain 2 of my lovely boys aren't well. Flake has been very lethargic lately, & I noticed today his eye bulging out of his head - so I asume it's Popeye. I've put Epsom Salt in the water for now & plan to change the whole tank after I get back from doing the food shopping.

Richard, my beautiful multi colored boy has gone quite pale & his tail had big chunks missing from it. He also can't seem to flare anymore, his gills wont open anymore but his pectoral fins flutter like mad! Is this Fin Rot or something else? I've been changing his water & using Stress Coat but havent seen any changes.

These 2 are part of my main 3 boys - I'd hate to lose them!

They're both in 5 gallon tanks, filtered, not heated, temp at 80 F in both & regular water changes. [sorry, I cant find the page with the form thing]

Also how long has the tank been set up, what filter are you using, how do you maintain it and be sure to give us actual ammonia, nitrite and nitrate numbers. IT really does sound like water quality problem.

They're both in separate tanks?
