poor spyro has an ammonia burn

my spyro was in my tank n i changed the water and all my fish died cept him so i put him in his old bowl n took a water sample to d fish shop, n they sed the ammonia was way to high. my problem is he got a burn on his stomach from the ammonia and the ppl at the shop told me told giv him multicure medicine for a week. his burn is the same size as it was, he looks healthy but he still looks sore, is there anythin i can do?

What is the multi cure medicine? Its probably best to treat with some melafix and super clean water conditions. It will heal in no time.
