The Walmart where I live actually keep most of their fish pretty clean and nicely cared for. Surprising, because as a child I remember them always being horrible. Also, our Petsmart is new and takes EXCELLENT care of their fish, even their bettas. They actually know what they are doing, the only bad thing is the cups and lack of heater as far as I can tell.
