Fish not eating?

So, Jack Frost isn't eating. At all.

I've tried giving him (on a span of about 2-3 days):
-Tetra mini pellets
-Hikari Gold
-Omega One
-Flakes
-Freezedried Bloodworms


He'll take a bite and then spit it out, no matter what it is.
The poor otos have been having to clean up after him because it all sinks to the bottom (particularly the flakes. the pellets I try to clean up asap).

I don't have any garlic or dapnia or any other food type.

I think I'm resorting to fasting him until he gets hungry enough to eat. Advice?

That's pretty much all you can do. Keep trying, just one pellet a day, until he takes it.
