Critique of two sisters

Just purchased these two halfmoon females from a breeder in Portland, Or. Which one of these girls has better form? I did post a very similiar thread in a diffrent catagory but I didnt quit get the type of responses I was looking for so I thought it would be better to ask users here.
Female 1

More pictures of this specific girl can be found on the breeders facebook here is the link to her specific album: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?...2150192&type=1

Female 2

and here is this girls specific album on the breeders facebook: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?...2150192&type=3

As far as I can tell the first female has slightly better conformation but let me know if you disagree.

Believe me when I say I'm completely new to Betta conformation and determining what is "desirable" and what's not, but I notice that the second female has a bit of a dip in her spine. The first female looks better to me.

I'm sticking with my opinion in your other post, may :), number 1 is better. And I think not just her body, her fins size and proportion also better (even just slightly) than number 2.

I prefer #1. Female #1 has less faults than #2:
Caudal - #1 has 11 base rays while #2 only has 9 . . . you want as many rays
Body - #1 has better top line while #2 has awkward top line.
ventral - I can't see #1's ventrals but #2 has split ventrals

Other than that they look similar.

I agree with #1 but concern here, does it appear to be a potential combtail or even carry some CT? I think it is possible.

Of course it's possible, unless we know for sure about their genetic background. But actually I had that kind of PK's fins before, white opaques. also had slightly extended rays, and some HM's also had them. In fact if I'm not mistaken, CT's "ancestor" was extended rays delta, selectively bred for longer extension.

I agree #1, the only thing I would say about her is she has a tad long anal fin.. I would make sure the male doesn't have an overly long anal fin.

As for CT/Cpmbtail trait.. meh.. a lot of females look like that. Here is my HMPK girl (ignore the bite on her tail). Same pattern but no CT gene to her.. have others I can compare.. but this one is the most clearest.

A lot of non CT have slight protruding rays. It is a trait that is sometimes hard to clean out because that is their natural form.
