Let's face it guys, EVERYTHING is bad for us and our pets these days if someone wants to dig hard enough and blow up something big enough.
Yesterday eggs were good for us, today they are bad. Yesterday bread was a basic food group, today it is bad carbs. Yada yada yada!
Let me relate this thought. I knew a guy, 42 years old, never smoked or drank, was an exercise nut, had 7% body fat, slept 8 hours a night, ate only natural foods with no preservatives in measured amounts. Ran 5 miles every day.
