They often require different things for spawning. Is the new one a mouth brooder? If so, can't be with splendens, a bubblenester.

Mahachai and siamorientalis are from the splendens complex so I am pretty sure they can hybridise. Why you would want to try and hybridise them with a CT I am not really sure.

yes he in a soda bottle that is wen i first started with betta fish....rite now my friends and i are having a betta competition between us too see who have best looking betta and we are going to sell to local pet store that is why i am trying too get a cross species

well, if you want to be taken seriously as a breeder I would remove that photo and put one up of your best fish is a nice environment.
