Adding Water to Aquarium

This might seem like a no brainer, but I've always wondered if it's necessary to wait after you've added water conditioner to new water to be used to fill the tank? Can I just add the conditioner to the untreated water and pour it straight in or should I wait a few minutes for it to remove the chlorine, chloramines, ect?

It immediately treats the water so it should be okay. Just mix it with your finger or a plastic spoon so it'll be quicker. :)

It's instant. I use a three gallon bucket (I have seven tanks, ok!) and I add the conditioner, shake the bucket, and dump.
