Question Freeze-Dried Bloodworms

Okay, this may sound like a stupid question but this is my first time feeding bloodworms. XD How many bloodworms do you feed? Do you skip the pellets the day you give bloodworms?

Freeze dried blood worms should be more of a treat than a meal. I usually give mine one or two bloodworms a day, but only once a week. I still feed them their pellets for the day, but as a treat, sometimes they get bloodworms. It's recommended by most of the other members that they only get bloodworms once a week, as a treat, so that's what I do. :)

so you got some bloodworms, eh?
lol well usually i break a bloodworm in half and feed one bloodworm total (2 halves) to my fella once a week as a treat. one time i fed him a whole one and he had a hard time devouring it
and usually the day i feed him a bloodworm i just give him that substituting the 1 out of 3 times i feed him pellets.
so it'd be:
mon-fast
tues-pellet 3 times
wed-pellet 3 times
thurs-pellet 2 times
fri- pellet 2 times bloodworm 1
sat-pellet 2 times
sun-pellet 3 times.
i mix it up sometimes

Thanks, bettaluver14! Lol, I need to make a feeding schedule like yours! XD
Question: Why is fasting one day necessary? I'm really curious; I feel like I didn't take good enough care of my last two so I'm excited to learn from those who are far more experienced. :3

Fasting one day isn't necessary but it helps keep them from getting bloated or constipated.

My one girl bloated from one freeze dried worm. She won't be getting anymore of those!! Will switch to frozen. I have an entire bottle of freeze-dried now that I will not be using.
