Exclamation White Spots Progressing. Already did treatment. Help! :(

Hi Everyone -

I wrote on here about almost a month ago. My betta encountered fin rot/constipation at the beginning of March - I seriously thought he was a goner.

I treated his fin rot and constipation after researching your forum. Once the fin rot went away, I started to notice white patches along parts of his body and his fins beginning to discolor. After 50/100 percent water changes a week, along with Mardelís Maracyn II treatment as recommended on a lot of research, I thought the white spots would stop, but they haven't (along with the water treatments we use API Stress Coat / half a tablespoon aquarium salt per gallon for each water change). We have tested the water every time and the conditions are always fine and have a heater it keeps the temp at about 78 degrees.

He's eating fine, swims around, very active, but he looks awful. :( His white patches near his gills weren't very white until yesterday - They have progressively turned white, so I feel like the treatment was unsuccessful.

It's been a week since i've treated him with Mardel's Maracyn II antibiotic. Should I try this again or use something else? It's time to change his water again.

Any help would be much appreciative!

I don't know what this is, if it is a disease, but do you think its marbling...?

I mean, I've seen fish who have similar sadle like colorings, so I'm not sure what it is, I'm sorry :(
