Question I'm going to take my Betta on a 2 Hour trip

In about a year, Percival and I are going to make the trip to college! My desired college is about 2 hours away. I hear a lot of talk about aerating and filtration so I wanted to ask some important questions.

Do I need to pump air into the water during the trip? Are there other things I should be doing during the ride over?

Two hours is simple. Put him in a deli cup/pet store betta cup/jar filled 2/3 of the way and covered, and bring his tank empty. Try to drive smooth.
