Exclamation Sick little fish

How should I treat this? I have tried :
Tetra Parasite Guard
Tetra Fungus Guard same as Jungle brand

My fish is in a 3 gallon tank with a heater and filter(carbon removed) since attempts at treatment. I have also changed gravel and all tank accessories as per pet store suggestions.
I have been using fungus guard for one week no change. Have I just not waited long enough or should I try something else? The third pet store I brought my fish to suggested Bettafix, I have seen questionable reviews.

First fish just don't know what to do
Any help much appreciated

I would send a PM to Sakura8, I have no idea what this is but it doesn't look good at all

To me, it looks like extreme fin rot going on to body rot. You need serious meds for this... Aq salt will probably slow it down if you cannot get the meds ASAP...

I do know your water needs to be changed more, they like clean warm water. I'd be doing a small water change midweek and a larger one at the end of the week

Is that pinkish growth only on his tail? Does he have it anywhere else?

You've hit him with a pretty good mix of anti-parasiticals and antibiotics.

Since you haven't seen any change at all with either of these meds, I suggest contacting either Sakura8 or Olympia, and asking them if they can help.

Note, in case someone wants the ingredient list:
Tetra Parasite Guard contains Praziquantel, Dflubenzuron, Metronidazole and Acriflavin.
Tetra Fungus Guard contains Nitrofurazone, Furazolidone, Potassium Dichromate.
