Keep the existing tank as a medic tank, or in case you ever have a problem with the Evolve.

If you are going to get the Evolve, I suggest you get it fast, as at these prices they are flying off the shelves.

I have one as well. You will need to make modifications to it that are easy to make to keep a Betta. I am happy to share my wisdom as I have an Evolve 4 as well for my office tank.

Ok I,m heading to petco that's has them on clearance... The only store that has them at that price is a town over. ,my local petco is selling them for $69.99.

O welcome any and all advice from evolve owners.... Do I need to wrap the pump in sponge to prevent flow issues?

I can't keep both tanks... i don't have the cash to keep both. Its going to be a $5 upgrade to hey the evolve. Plus a few more plants and decpr

Wow! I bet Lancelot will love this!! Huge fan of that Mopani wood there, great choice in plants as well! I love microsword, it does grow slowly though but it's a good hardy plant IMO. Look really great!

I use sponge between the pump and wall of the sump area to cut down on the noise.

Turn it almost all the way down, and put a chunk of coarse sponge over the outflow nozzle. Then position the nozzle pointing up, and towards the tank wall.
Makes the flow perfect.

I have a question....

I put Lancelot in the evolve he he semed to love it. He swam all around investigatinghos new home

Today he has focused on the front right corner of the tank. He swims down really fast then back up several times. Then floats a lip. Does it some more. Then floats in the red ludwigia repens. Then repeats behavior. What is this any ideas???????
