Does my female have sbd?

She usually sticks to the top of the tank, but if she swims to the middle, it seems like her rear area floats upward. While her nose is pointed to the ground, her rear end is floating upward....Does she have sbd? I would really like to know.....

She might. When mine has sbd, he floats on his side at the surface.

I put her in with my male in my 10g tank, with a clear divider. She was floating around like normal, but when I went to check on her, she was laying on the bottom of the tank.

If she can lay on the bottom, I would think she doesn't have sbd. I have one wwith chronic sbd and he has trouble getting to the bottom.

Well, she was kind of laying on the bottom. What can I do? Should I leave her in the 10g tank?

How long have you had her? You could probably leave her in theree for another day or two to see how she does. Can the two fish see each other? If they can then maybe she's stressed.
