pH a bit high

I just tested my pH and it is at 7.8, above the recommended range in the FAQ. Should I take action to correct this?

I also tested some water I have in a jug ready to be added on my next water change. The pH of that water is 7.6.

Thank you for your help!

thats not to high for a betta, my ph is high too.

messing with your water chemistry is not a good idea,
you could end up with worse problems,
Change one it affects another,
