Can I move him back into the tank now?

So long story short, my male betta, Odin had extreme fin rot and has been treated for it. His color is back and he has new fin growth and no frayed edges anymore. Is it okay to move him back into the ten gallon he will be sharing with two other bettas, or not? What are the signs that its okay for him to go back?

Should be fine- so long as his colours back and you see new growth (and there are no black edges to his fins)
Love the name- my old fish was called Odin :)
