Everyone's Opinion?

Sometime mid-last week, I noticed a tiny yellow spot on my fish's side fin. It hasn't gotten bigger but it's still there. Then last night, I noticed he had some one his other side fin. I have no clue what it could be, something serious or nothing at all. Just hoped to have anyone's opinion! Thanks so much!

I have no idea what that could be. I would suspect fin rot if it were me though. Pictures can always help.

It might be ink.....Clean out every bit of his water, and scrub his tank...Then add salt, water at 80 (HEATER), and high protein foods!! :]
This should take whatever it is away!
