Planting a 10 gallon

I am planning on scrapping my 6.6 gallon and planting a 10 gallon tank. What substrate should I use? Eco complete or floramax?

There's really not much difference between the two except color.

I personally chose Eco-Complete because it's black.

Eco-complete however, you're going to need to use some sort of fertilizer as it is inert
