Gill Damage/Flukes/Fungus ... What Is This?!

My female betta, Dragonfly, has been suffering for over a month now. Her left gill is turning white inside and out and the left side of her face is swollen. I can't get a good picture of her, but I found one. She looks like this, but much more swollen.

Anyways, she's still eating and swims a lot, but she gulps for air and she stays that the surface. I have 4 other female bettas, all are fine. She's never been picked on, even after getting sick. I've tried treating her with warm water and aquarium salt, along with some stress coat. She's just been getting worse. Please help me identify what the HECK this is! I'm worried about my baby. Her face is so swollen that her eye is starting to pop out. Oh, that's another thing. Both of her eyes now have a cloudy white dot in the pupils. I'm not sure why, and her sight isn't effected, but it's so strange ... Please help me and my baby.

Well, it doesn't matter now. I have her an Epsom salt bath and she was fully healed 3 days later. I love it! She's perfectly healthy now and everything is good. No one else seems to have any problems either.
