Help!

i bought my betta about three weeks ago and i think hes a make but im not so sure.
can someone tell me exactly what kind of betta he is???

He looks very pretty, and he reminds me of some fish I owned as a kid. I've learned the best way to tell male apart from female is to put the fish in a cup and look under, if there is a white spot, it's a girl. If you can't tell, sometimes it helps grab a mirror, or a picture of a male, and it it puffs up quickly, it's a boy.
