thank you everybody!

just a little update. i did change his water and put in salt and the conditioner and boiled is fake plant and let it sit for a bit before i put him in. he looks like he is doing MUCH MUCH better but i have noticed him being a lil lethargic but i think dats due to his water being cold since there has been no sun so im thinking of buying him a heater. i did another change of his water today and hoepfully i see more improvements[:

i was looking at petsmarts website jus to get an idea of how much a heater would cost and i didnt see any heaters for a tank as small as mine. i think my tank might be a gallon or even a lil smaller than that.
