Hi I'm new to your forum & have 4 Bettas, yes, they are like potato chips, you can never just have one! I have had Betta's for 10 years and have loved and lost many over that time. But, I was looking the internet for answers for my problem and didn't find any, so here I am, asking if anyone out there knows what is wrong with my BlueBoy.
My BlueBoy is almost 2 years old and I've noticed lately that he is having trouble eating for the past couple of weeks. He eagerly wants to eat and bites at his pellets, even chases them when they fall. He doesn't seem to be opening his mouth enough to bite a pellet. He's in a single bowl and has had no injuries. I started looking through the pellets to find smaller ones and he's still having problems. He has been eating the same food all his life. I feed the TetraMin Betta pellets that are small & round. He doesn't seem sick, but he will be if he doesn't eat soon.
