I just got him 4 days ago. So, it could possibly be stress.

I have him in a 2 gallon bin. The water stays at the right Temp. He is just laying on the bottom. It looks like he can't swim well at all. I don't know if it is just because he has been in a cup for a while? I just want this little guy to be all right. He LOOKS healthy. Ha hasn't been eating either. But none of mine have eaten well for the first couple days. Sooo, I don't know... Anything I should do to make him feel better?

Could it be SBD? I know that it can cause them to not swim up to get air very well and sit on the bottom. If that is the case maybe lower the water level so he can get air easier.

SBD is usually caused by constipation. You can fast him for a few days, then feed him daphnia, either freeze dried or frozen.
