Jungle Water conditioner has sodium chloride. Is is bad to use it weekly?

This is the type that has aloe added.I've been pretty happy with it. I had not read the ingredients but recently I did. I didn't add it last week after I saw sodium chloride listed as the first ingredient. Would you limit use of this product only to when there is a fin rot issue?

sodium chloride is table salt- I think it is safe.
I don't use a water conditioner, though. I just put a little bit of aquarium salt in depending on the size of the tank.
