Had a spawn hatch yesterday afternoon, saw a free swimmer today and gave them some banana worms for their first meal :) I don't trust my plants to give them enough food heh..

I am going to go buy some banana worm culture, then, if they can be fed right away. How much should I buy, and how long will the culture last?

I bought one culture of each--BW, MW and WW and have had cultures ever since. I got mine from The Bug Pantry but, I think you can get them anywhere, including Ebay. It's so easy to keep cultures going. It's just oatmeal, dry active yeast and a little water. You get a starter culture and then, just top it off onto a new culture each time..I have 6 cultures going right now and the first ones last a while.
