Help me i think he is dying!!!

he is laying sideways on the bottom of his tank, looking like he is breathing heavily. and will only swim around for air when he goes to the top of the tank.

HELP ME!!

Did this start suddenly? If he his having trouble staying right side up it may be a swim bladder issue. If that is the case I understand fasting to be the most common remedy. How much and how often are you feeding him?

yes!

it happened suddenly. as in a maybe an hour. and the tips of his fins are white. know what that is? should i buy anything?

also he has white scales. i think something is wrong... and he has this bump i have another post with a picture. . .

that bump looks like it may be the result of overfeeding and that could be putting pressure on his swim bladder which could in turn be causing his inability to balance.

I forgot to mention in my other post that the scales turning white could also be a result of a bacterial infection from uneaten food and waste. What they will do is they will not eat, their fins may be clamped down, and they will just sit on the bottom also i read in my book that they will start to lose some of their color, thats what also gives me the idea it could be bacterial.
