Okay so i just moved the julii catfish to my 17 gl community tank and my betta is happy! Oh yeah, Im gonna do a 25% water change once a week now. Thank you for the help! Oh yeah one more thing: Will he eat tubifex blocks ( freeze dried such as wardley brand? They are not the kind you rehydrate first you just put a little of a block in and they eat?) And where can you get bloodworm blocks that you put in water and they spread and you put them in the tank? ( My petstore actually DOESNT sell them!) (I cant order online my parents probably wont let me)

You should do a FULL water change every three days, several people have said that. Not a 25% once a week, that is NOT enough. We understand that you want to feed your betta tubifex blocks. Several people have told you of their inexperience with these and recomended pellets. One has told you that you should NOT feed these because they are low quality and will make your betta sick. feed him PELLETS. you can buy frozen bloodworms at your petstore. We understand that your store doesn't sell the blocks, so, don't buy the blocks, problem solved.
