Carpet

I intend to make a carpet in the new tank when it arrives. Can anyone tell me about or have experience with the three plants below and which would be best in my parameters?

Thank you!

Dwarf Hairgrass 'Blem'
Dwarf Baby Tears
Lilaeopsis nova 'mini'?

My parameters:
pH 7.8
GH 9
KH 9
Coralife T-5 6,700 Daylight and Colormas lamps
No CO2 but I do use Excel
Root tabs
Substrate: Sand
Tank: 30x12x12

Russ, I used T5s on my tank with those dimensions--which I thought was a great idea!--and ended up frying some of my plants--especially the frogbit on top. :-/ It was actually too much light, despite looking gorgeous, and I've gone back to trying a single T8 daylight tube. My sorority isn't nearly as pretty as it was under the T5, though.

I have had no luck with Dwarf Hairgrass or Dwarf Baby Tears. In particular, the Dwarf Baby Tears I got died quickly in a variety of my NPTs. I intend to try Glossostigma and Crystalwort next and have really high hopes for the latter.

I didn't have luck with Baby Tears but that was when I was running the LEDs that came with the 5-gallon. I was going to try Glosso but was told I'd need CO2. This T-5 is the only light I have. I'll keep my fingers crossed; thanks for the information.

I tried one of those Topfin DH packages from Petco/smart. I figured it was cheap, so if it didn't work I wouldn't be too upset.

It has taken over my tank. I had to pull a ton up yesterday so I can see my erio. Make sure you use some kind of barrier to keep it where it belongs.

My tank is a 6g Aquastyle, with their LED light, MGOPM base, sand cap. I dose Flourish irregularly and just started Exel.
