I have a stick of "lucky bamboo" in each of my betta's vase's. Its the kind that souly grows in water and u just gotta change the water every once and a while. Is it ok to have this in the tank?

Yeah, it's fine.

But, what size Vase do you have?? In a vase the water should be changed VERY often. Every 3-4 days.

Yea, no matter what plant you have, don't believe that it will make that much of a difference

I would take everything out and rinse with hot water, except the bamboo, rinse in cold. Then put it back in. You use water conditioner right?

you should do water changes every other day or so in less then a gallon of water. That really is a bit small for a Betta. I recommend at least 2 gallons or more.
Also, I would definitely get conditioner.

Got conditioner 2day, i cant really fit more then a gallon i dont have room right now im renting a TINY place for $250/mon. Im giving Desmond some little fizzing tabs i chopped it up and gave him the right amount for the amount of water he is in, put it in some new conditioned water, hope things start looking up.

How often do i put that fizzy tab in, every time i change the water?
