I found a tiny penn plax tank at walmart for $2.50 and decided to use it as a photography tank i could take outside. I'm still bad at photography. but here's another video of Min ;)

Looks like Min still could be a B. coccina. Possibly female judging by the ventral fins. Are the ventrals full all the way from top to bottom? Or are they full only at the top half and then they taper right down?

If they are the latter Min is most likely female. Also, if you get a bright flashlight you may be able to spot ovaries.

They taper. how cool!! I'm kinda excited she is/could be a she :D should i still go ahead and give her a bigger solo tank, or could she manage in my sorority?

I wouldn't stick Min in the sorority. Coccina are one of the most sensitive of the wild betta species. I could not imagine one doing well in a sorority of splendens. They really do best in a tank of their own.
