going to be gone for two weeks

will my bettas be fine with no food for 2 weeks?

Statistically yes, it should be fine, but that is a statistic, I wouldn't count on it. Two weeks is pushing it a little bit.

It would help a lot if you could get a friend/relative to come in and feed it a couple of times.

Also, the food is not all that I'm worried about. Depending on the size of the tank and wether or not it is cycled, he may need a water change.
