HAHA, I know how you feel guys! My husband works all day today so I can't go get him till he gets home. Today's payday though, so I M GOING AFTER HIM TONIGHT. i JUST HOPE i DIDN'T MISS THE OPPORTUNITY. i WISH I HAD JUST GOT HIM LAST NIGHT. but i WAS SO WORRIED THAT HE WAS SICK AND THAT i COULDN'T AFFORD TO TAKE CARE OF HIM. but NOW i AM KICKING MYSELF FOR NOT JUST GOING WITH INSTINCT AND SNATCHING HIM UP.
Sorry for the caps. My keyboard has a habit of turning them an itself.

Did you get him? There's lots of variations of white that wouldn't have any problems. I'd LOVE an all-white betta!!

I read that albino bettas are very uncommon! Albino-ism from a biological point of view is a genetic fault and most albino animals do not survive in the wild for very long. Especially birds, fish and reptiles. The main reason is because they are more susceptible to prey. I do not know about bettas but other albino animal often have other health issues in relation to their genetics. But, for the sheer fact that albino bettas are rare would motivate me to buy him anyway!

Man! There was a white male at my Petsmart today too! But I got a red/white male instead... but I still love my new Bowen. It stinks that I am finally out of betta room...
