I've made this cake for my sister's and dad's birthday. Both times, it has turned out perfect.

Thanks! It was really moist too! It's Paula Deens recipe so it's not the healthiest thing, but it sure was tasty!

I just made these AWESOME brownies.
It's a four ingredient recipe and super simple.

They're avocado brownies and the avocado is used instead of eggs.

Ingredients
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup mashed avocado (about half of a large Hass avocado)
1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9 x 5 pan. Melt chocolate chips in microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring in between until chocolate is melted and smooth. Mine needed 1 minute.
2. In food processor, place chocolate, flour, avocado and brown sugar until batter forms. Batter will be thick, like cookie batter.
3. Press batter into pan and spread evenly. Bake for about 11-15 minutes until done.

I also topped mine with powdered sugar. They're going to be rather thin, but super fudgy.

Enjoy!
