Jemma21, how r u?, I think you should forget all that medication and put a little aquarium salt in your tank. I do 100% water change every 2 weeks but I don't clean the plants. Also I would try frozen blood worms. I had 2 females like that and had to get them on those before they would eat anything else. They are healthy now and 1 of them is a new mom. Hope that will help a little. Oh yea, no more salt baths, doesn't sound like fin rot to me if you tore the fin.
