Fin Rot?

My good friend 5green was coming over to see my fish so we took a look at Finn and Dorothy and she pointed out that it looked like Dorothy had fin rot. I have alwase put aquarm salt in but at the time dorothy was in a very small tank. I had ben planing to get him a new tank so I went out and got him a nice 2g tank with a bubble and underground filter. He has made no improvement but has not gotten any worse. Witch is good but then I took a closer look and noticed that there where tiny little holes in his fin. This made me wory. (He also has had a miner case of fin curling, if it helps find out wats rong). I was wondering if any of you know what this is or how to treat it. Pleas no rude coments.

Jungle Fungus Clear works wonders for me. For a 2 gallon tank I'd dissolve half of the tablet in some water and dose the tank with 1/3 of the solution. Unfortunately the rest will be waste because you can't use it after it's been dissolved for a while, but the stuff is cheap and comes with many more tablets than you'll need so it's worth it.
