My boys get three to four pellets twice a day, and a few pieces of crumbled up freeze dried bloodworms/daphnia/mysis maybe a couple times a month depending on how I feel. :p I let the treat foods soak before I feed. I would feed the bloodworms on their own instead of one meal because they are soo rich and yummy your betta may not have room for more than one food! My friend feeds her tropical fish tank frozen bloodworms after she feeds them their flakes and they still gobble them down but they are also bigger than our betta buddies.
