Exclamation why won't Lync make bubblenests

My betta Lyncwon't make bubblenests(I don't plan on breeding with him until like christmas). He used to but now (ever since I added his live plant that is about 1/2 of a foot high in his one gallon bowl that is aabout 2 feet tall.

I wouldn't worry about it, honestly. Get a girl and put him next to her, and KA BOOM! You'll have a nest! :)

Your betta should be fed twice a day, 2-3 pellets each time. Some people feed theirs betta flakes instead of pellets. Flakes are fine as long as they are for bettas. You can also feed freeze dried or frozen foods such as bloodworms, daphnia or brine shrimp but these foods are to be used as once or twice a week treats.

Yep. Mine get fed two times a day, two pellets each time, twice a week bloodworms, and fasting once a week.
