What Hapenned?

Last night I got up to go to the bathroom and I saw Bernard. He wasn't really laying on his side but he was sitting on the gravel and he was slightly tilted. I freaked out and put my fingers to the tank and he started zipping around. Was he asleep? Is it normal for bettas to sleep like that? He really scared me. I thought he was dead!

He usually sleeps in his plant.

Sometimes they will sleep in wierd positions. He's probably ok but just keep an eye on him.

He seems fine. Nothing abnormal as of now.
