Post Tank size!!

hi
i just bought yesterday a new 25W heater. It say's on the box it's good for a 2 gallon min. up to a 7 gallon max. I hold the tank to a temp. of 80F + 1 or 2, Jasper seems to like the heater..he leaves it alone and his color is a bit darker but I think he thinks the same thing as me. His 2.5 gallon tank is starting to get crowded with the filter, the heater, the thermometer the 2 plants and the decorative rock.
What tank size can i get for him and all his toys, which are all necessary stuff.
